Dr. Ramnendra Mandloi – Dr. Ramnendra Mandloi is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Ph.D. in application of multivariate analysis techniques, Master of Technology from IIT, Delhi with over 30 years of experience which includes execution of business improvement using Lean-Six Sigma, TOC, Data Science & Machine Learning, Design of Experiments (DOE), Multivariate Analysis (MVA), Automotive Core Tools, Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Implementation and involved in training and development from basic system tools to six sigma tools for more than 10,000 people.
He has been involved in business improvement projects using concepts like Six Sigma, Lean, TOC, etc in various organizations resulting in huge savings & quality improvements. He is involved in training and projects handholding for analysis of complex processes using Multivariate Analysis and Design of Experiments at many clients in India and overseas.
He has conducted more than 50 overseas training programs on these concepts helping organizations of various sectors (e.g. chemical, pharmaceutical, steel, power, petroleum, automotive, biotech, food, textile, research etc.). He is helping many organizations as data scientists to analyze largescale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and business intelligence purpose.
He has worked with Tata, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hindustan Motors (now AVTEC), and Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. He has been instrumental in getting Quality System Certification e.g. ISO 9001, TS 16949 for these organizations with the World’s Best Certifying Agencies, including holding positions as Management Representative for ISO 9001, 14001, TS16949.
He is a lead auditor for various management systems and certified auditor for the CII Exim Award (Business Excellence Model based on the TQM model of the European Federation of Quality Management). He has been a visiting faculty for TQM & Six Sigma at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.
